It Was a Good Day
The family and a friend all went to the local Farmer's Market this morning. Aesop, our dog, went too. There is also a new restaurant that they have wanted to try so we took two cars and traveled in teams. Keziah, our friend, and I were one team, Gideon and Zed the other. The first part of the time Gideon and Zed walked the market with Aesop and the rest of us went to the new restaurant. The second part they went to the restaurant and we had Aesop. There tend to be a lot of dogs at the Farmer's Market. We divided and conquered! Here are some happy things from today: The new restaurant has some gluten free options and so I got some avocado toast that had vegan cream cheese, some greens and was tasty. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Instead of getting the customer name or using numbers for ordering, customers were given a celebrity such as Elizabeth Taylor or Lupita Nyong'o that was called out when the order was ready.
