Training
Last week I started training on a different part of the job. They couldn’t finish the training until this morning. I have now learned another part of the job (induct) and found that one day of it was enough for it to become boring. In all fairness, maybe I was just tired. I’m happy that the training has happened and hopeful that I will get training in other things soon. Other happy things for today:
Currently reading: Pocketful of Miracles: Prayer, Meditations, and Affirmations to Nurture Your Spirit Every Day of the Year, Joan Borysenko.
And Tracking & The Art of Seeing: How to Read Animal Tracks and Sign, by Paul Rezendes.
Thank you for being part of my happy things. Stay safe.
- The person who was running induct this morning complimented how well and how quickly I did the job today. I even got a high five.
- There was a bit of a storm last night so things at work got delayed. Because of this I stayed a little late working on what they call a crash sort. Sometimes I find these things stressful, today I found it fun.
- For day 37 of the A&S challenge I worked on some weaving. The challenge is to work at least 15 minutes a day. Today in 15 minutes I was only able to complete one of the repeating patterns. I decided to do a second repeat as well (Two for Tuesday). Usually I work on things longer than 15 minutes.
