Texas
For a little while at work this morning I did something they call push. It is basically trying to do the initial sort. Packages come into the building, get a sticker for sorting, and head down the conveyor. Sometimes they come through nicely spaced to make it easier to sort which conveyor it goes down next. Other times the packages become bunched together and are harder to sort. All the time they come fast. For a while this was a fun rush as the packages came towards me. Quick, quick! Where does it go? Other happy things from today:

- On the way to the airport Keziah and I saw a car with two huskies riding in the back. There was one with their head out of each of the back windows. It was the cutest thing. It reminded me of a story concerning my dad and his twin brother. They used to go camping together and owned similar station wagons back in the 1960's. They pulled up on either side of a gas pump and got out at the same time, pumped the gas and got back in. Like mirror twins (they were identical) at the gas pumps. Apparently the gas station attendant was confused.
- After long delays I made it to Texas. Woohoo! Or should I say, yeehaw!
