Not Just About Food
Keziah and I ended our day at a nice Mexican restaurant called Las Palapas. It is near the hotel we are staying at tonight. As the temperatures dropped this afternoon I was again happy that we chose to pay for a room rather than sleep in a tent. Other happy things from today:
–I have been told a few times that I need to eat at Tim Horton's. We got breakfast there today and it was good. They had a maple cream doughnut that was yummy.
–At the event I decided to participate in the archery woods walk. They set up animal targets along a trail in the woods for people to shoot arrows at and hopefully hit. My score wasn't the greatest, but I didn't lose any arrows and had a lot of fun.
–During court, there was an investiture. One set of Baron and Baroness stepped down, and another stepped up. In another two years or so that will be Keziah and I. It turns out that the new Baroness and I shot alongside each other during the archery woods walk. A friend also got an award.
--The almost full moon was rising as we headed toward the hotel. The face was obvious as it hung large in the sky.
It was a good day; I didn't take enough pictures.

Thank you for being part of my happy things. Stay safe.
